Elite and Ascend are 2 neighboring sister properties. The ownership requested that they be “similar but different”. With that being said, we designed them the same but gave each its own personality. A true transformation from an old and heavy leasing office, lobby and Clubroom to a fresh, bright, and classic look! In this dramatic remodel, Mediterranean meets Modern.
We tore out walls throughout to make a more bright and functional space for both staff and residents.
